Dynamics 365 CE Support Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide timely support and solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advanced functional support and expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
  • Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE as per business requirements, including entity creation, form customization, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborating with development teams to identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
  • Ensuring all configurations and customizations comply with Microsoft best practices and organizational guidelines.
