Our client, a leading digital consultancy is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to deliver and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for one of their key clients.

In this hands-on position, you'll work as part of a collaborative and agile team, supporting enterprise-level marketing automation and platform improvements.

Your new role

As the Functional Analyst you'll be responsible for:

• Configure and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience Builder
• Liaise with stakeholders to translate user experience requirements into functional system design
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows
• Oversee integrations with external platforms and internal systems
• Analyse campaign data and performance metrics to improve effectiveness
• Manage system performance and support platform enhancements

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need to possess the following skills/experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Audience Builder)
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based project delivery
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance standards
