About The Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our vibrant team of professionals who share a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of our diverse community.

Our division designs and constructs public buildings, infrastructure, parks, streetscapes, and public domain projects. We're seeking an experienced Design Manager with expertise in landscape architecture and urban design to lead our teams in delivering exceptional results.

  • lead the design of urban landscape architectural and urban design projects
  • collaborate with clients, stakeholders, designers, and delivery teams on design and delivery solutions
  • drive innovation and design quality on projects while challenging project teams to achieve best value throughout the project lifecycle

We're looking for someone with:

  • tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline, including registration or eligibility for registration as a member of the respective professional association
  • experience in the design and delivery of complex landscape architectural or public domain projects
  • excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to reason critically

This role offers a flexible work arrangement, with the option of a rostered day off each month. The successful applicant must complete a pre-employment health declaration and a criminal history check.
