Key Responsibilities:- Design and Delivery: Assist in designing and delivering urban and master planning projects of various scales.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with architects, planners, and external stakeholders to shape urban strategies.
- Visual Storytelling: Utilize Rhino to create compelling urban studies, models, and design concepts.
- Site Analysis and Research: Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and research to support urban planning.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and submissions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including government, councils, and developers, to drive positive design outcomes.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in urban design, ideally within a consultancy or multidisciplinary environment.
- Design Skills: Strong design skills, with a passion for creating people-centric urban spaces.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Rhino, with experience in other tools (Adobe Suite, GIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp) being a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
