Are you a skilled coordinator with experience in human resources and payroll? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Human Resource Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and Talent Management: Identify, attract, and retain top talent for various vacancies.
- Liaison with Labour Hire Providers and External Stakeholders: Foster effective relationships with suppliers and external parties to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Managing Recruitment Pipelines, Compliance, and QA Processes: Develop and implement efficient pipelines, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Maintaining Data on HR Systems, Coordinating Inductions, and Providing Safety Equipment: Ensure accurate data management, facilitate inductions, and provide essential safety gear.
- Liaising with Management on Training and Induction: Collaborate with senior staff to design and deliver comprehensive training programs and inductions.
- Monitoring and Managing Rosters, Including Fatigue Management: Analyze and optimize rosters to prevent fatigue-related issues.
- Data Management and Reporting: Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to track key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated Payroll Experience and Understanding of HR Legislation: Proven expertise in payroll administration and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
- Qualification in Business Administration or Related Disciplines (Desirable): Possession of a degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
- Demonstrated Expertise in Finance and Human Resources at Leadership Level: Strong leadership skills, combined with in-depth knowledge of finance and human resources.
