As a Peer Support Worker, you'll be part of our Housing & Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI) Program in Campbelltown. You'll use your lived experience to empower others and make a real difference in the local community.

Our Mission

We provide psychosocial supports and work with people living with mental ill-health to live and recover within the community. Our team empowers customers by supporting them to build independence, identify and achieve goals, engage in daily life activities, and encourage genuine connections within the community.

The Day-to-Day
  • Develop individualised support plans with customers.
  • Support customers to improve their independence through skill development, transport, social activities, and personal care.
  • Encourage customers to participate in leisure, sporting, educational, employment activities, and more.
  • Maintain professional relationships and networks with customers, families, caregivers, and stakeholders.

What We Require
  • Minimum Cert IV in Peer Work or equivalent industry experience.
  • Valid NSW Class C driver's licence and ability to drive large cars and vans.
  • Current Police check, WWCC, and NDIS WC prior to commencing.
