Finance Support Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to fill the Finance Support Officer position. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in finance and wants to make a meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective liaison with stakeholders regarding Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Providing administrative support with financial processes, Special Purpose Funds, Scheme A administration, and Purchase cards.
About You:
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including dealing with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to follow and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

The salary package includes benefits such as assistance with living expenses up to $9,010 each FBT year + $2,650 for Meal Entertainment expenses each FBT year.
