The role of Clinical Nurse Educator is pivotal within our healthcare organization. It involves planning, coordinating, and implementing clinical education initiatives in collaboration with nursing managers.
About the Role- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to support the development and enhancement of clinical skills among nursing staff.
- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical education principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can work closely with our team to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate clinical education initiatives in collaboration with nursing managers.
- Develop and deliver education programs to enhance clinical skills among nursing staff.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
We require a nurse with current registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife, relevant clinical/education post-registration qualification, recent extensive clinical experience, and the ability to identify learning needs and develop effective education programs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife.
