Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and mechanically minded professional to serve as the point of contact for our customers and dealer network. As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be assisting clients with their after-sales requirements and spare parts enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and action customer enquiries both over the phone and in person.
  • Process quotes, orders, payments, and invoices efficiently.
  • Interpret parts lists, diagrams, and manuals to assist customers with their requirements effectively.
  • Oversee current/outstanding orders to ensure customer expectations are being met.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to generate repeat business opportunities.
  • Monitor distribution of products/services to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Update and maintain the client management system.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confidence in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation with drive to meet and exceed results.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Spare parts/sales experience is highly valued.
