As a Guest Service Agent at Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour Sydney, you will be the welcoming face for our guests. Your role will involve greeting and interacting with guests upon arrival, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, handling guest inquiries and providing directions and explanations of hotel facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet and interact with guests upon arrival
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide directions and explanations of hotel facilities
  • Manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate billing and smooth departures
  • Resolve guest issues to ensure an exceptional stay

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Guest Services/Administration/Reception
  • Qualifications in Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred
  • Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
