Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and clear dining rooms, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients
  • Dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen, equipment, and dining areas, adhering to legislated food hygiene and safety practices
  • Maintain a fast-paced and efficient service throughout busy periods, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Assist the broader team as required, providing support and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
  • Prepare and present texture-modified foods, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness, stock, and crib food levels in dining rooms
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including room and ensuite cleaning, making beds, and emptying bins
  • Clean common areas, including sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
  • Clean mine site areas, including offices, crib huts, and bathhouses
Requirements
  • Experience working as a cleaner for at least 12 months
  • Utility (Housekeeping/Kitchen Utility) experience for at least 6 months
  • A strong commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
  • A motivated, enthusiastic, and positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Pride in personal appearance and hygiene
  • Driver's License (Auto or Manual) for DIDO position
