About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Service Attendant. If you have industrial cleaning or hospitality experience, or an alternate transferrable skill set with a positive can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.



As a Service Attendant, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational needs of our village residents. Your responsibilities will include:




  • Providing exceptional customer service in the Tavern or Retail shop
  • Assisting in the Kitchen and Dining Room service areas
  • Housekeeping/Cleaning accommodation rooms (dongas)
  • Mine Site Cleaning of Offices, Crib rooms, and Ablution Blocks
  • Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas and grounds


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:




  • Be able to work 10-12 hour shifts, day or night shifts as required
  • Endure remote environment in extreme heat or weather conditions
  • Multitask and assist in other areas with a positive teamwork approach
  • Understand the requirements of safe work and safety protocols
  • Undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
  • Have Australian working rights and up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Hold an open driver's license
  • Be able to drive to and from the mine site
