Family Law Advocate Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Law advocate to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to make a meaningful contribution in a highly respected and dynamic practice.

The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in Family Law, with a strong background in complex financial agreements, property settlements, and litigated and negotiated resolutions. They will be commercially minded, technically sharp, and confident in managing sophisticated clients and stakeholders.

As a Family Law advocate, you will work across a diverse range of matters, including financial agreements, property settlements, parenting disputes, and litigated & negotiated resolutions. You will represent clients in complex and often high-value family law matters, collaborate with a broader national team of experts, and receive clear support for career progression within a transparent framework.

This role suits a lawyer who is already operating at a high level and wants to step into a firm where quality and reputation are paramount. We offer a strong client base, the backing of a full-service commercial firm, and direct access to experienced mentors who will actively guide you on the path to partnership.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be disciplined, strategic, and discreet, with a strong ability to manage emotionally sensitive matters. Ideally, you will hold or be pursuing Specialist Accreditation or an LLM in Family Law.
