The role entails:
- Providing unparalleled customer service, fostering a positive and welcoming environment throughout the store and café
- Ensuring stock management is executed efficiently, maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
- Servicing customers via checkout registers with precision and courtesy
- Practicing food safety and preparing coffee for customers and colleagues
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive and inclusive team dedicated to making a difference in the community and beyond
