As a passionate mixologist, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing warm hospitality to our guests.

Our ideal candidate is charismatic, energetic, and possesses a genuine love for Italian drinking culture. With a focus on delivering top-notch service, you'll thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high grooming standards and attention to detail.

We're looking for someone with prior experience in Italian venues, fluent English (spoken and written), and a NSW RSA Certificate (current). A minimum of 1 year experience in bars or restaurants is required, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities will include bar setup and pack down, keeping the bar clean and organised, restocking and maintaining bar supplies, making cocktails to spec, pouring wine and spirits with confidence and care, preparing espresso coffees, and delivering warm, efficient and engaging service.
