Italian Restaurant Floor Staff Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our floor staff team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and work well under pressure. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 - $32.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional income through bonuses and tips. Our restaurant is located in Sylvania, NSW 2224, and we require our staff to be available to work weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service at all times
  • Sell menu items and promote our Italian cuisine
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 1 year's experience in the hospitality industry (preferred)
  • Australian Work Authorisation
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Sylvania, NSW 2224
