We are seeking a skilled and experienced Italian cuisine professional to join our kitchen team.

This role involves working in various sections, including Larder, Grill, Main Course, and Pasta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking authentic Italian dishes to the highest standards
  • Managing stock levels and ordering ingredients as needed
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Collaborating with other chefs and kitchen staff to achieve menu goals

Requirements:

  • A current working visa or Australian residency
  • Prior experience in Italian cuisine is essential
  • Good English skills (Italian is a bonus)
  • A flair for personal grooming and presentation
  • Ability to juggle tasks and perform under pressure
