We are seeking an experienced Italian Wine Specialist to join our team at a beachside venue. Our menu showcases diverse Italian flavours paired with exceptional wines from Italy, France, New Zealand, and Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a great personality, prior experience in world-class venues, and a passion for Italian wine and food. To succeed, you must be able to thrive in fast-paced environments delivering exceptional guest experiences.
**Essential Requirements**
- Full Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 12-36 months of experience as an Italian Wine Specialist
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairing
- Ability to stay cool under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and grooming standards
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing expert food and wine pairing recommendations
- Deliivering exceptional drinks service, supporting section waiters
- Assisting with glassware clearing and replacement
