Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Sparrow Early Learning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering funded kindergarten programs in a long day care setting, working in partnership with our leadership team to plan a rich and diverse educational program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing engaging and challenging learning programs for children aged 3-5 years.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational program.
- Conducting community excursions and in-house incursions to enhance children's learning experiences.

What You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Education (in Early Childhood Education) or equivalent.
- High-level knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- A current and valid Working with Children check.
- First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Experience working with children with a range of abilities and interests.
