Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Art Director to elevate our creative endeavors and drive excellence in global brand campaigns. As a master designer, you will tackle complex design and creative challenges at Canva.

About the Role

  • Elevate our creative standards and drive excellence in global brand campaigns
  • Tackle complex design and creative problems at Canva
  • Drive strategic projects from conceptualization to delivery, enforcing a high-quality bar for work across the Creative Team
  • Inspire the creative team, providing direction, mentorship, and coaching to mobilize them to execute exceptional creative
  • Develop innovative solutions for Canva's campaigns, collaborating with our product and motion teams to ensure we represent our product in the best light
  • Manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Art Director who has successfully delivered global campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent design skills, copywriting abilities, and a portfolio showcasing experience with campaign creative
  • Ability to visualize the brand and our product in campaigns
  • Experience leading a team of designers, with knowledge on how to motivate and inspire them
  • Familiarity with digital design, product design, and Figma
