Job Overview

We're seeking a talented creative leader to spearhead our social media projects and client relationships in APAC.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a visionary to drive creative excellence, fast turnarounds, and seamless experiences for key partners and Enterprise clients.

  • Lead social creative projects for our Enterprise clients and advertisers within ongoing partnership programs with major platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop creative strategies, provide input into approach and initial concepts, and drive campaign performance.
  • Assist clients in finding the right social creators/influencers and creative partners from Genero's network.
  • Contribute fresh thinking and insights to pitches and briefs, staying ahead of cultural, platform, and creative trends.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, building and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our social creative offering, platform, tools, and processes for clients and creators.
  • Participate in workshops bringing marketers, creators, and media partners together.

This role offers flexible hybrid working, combining remote work with in-person collaboration.


The Role

You will lead and manage some of our most important social media creative projects and client relationships across APAC, based in Sydney.

As a creative leader, you'll be responsible for leading social creative projects from briefing through to final delivery – bringing strategic, creative, and project management skills to ensure innovative solutions, timely results, and a superior experience for our key partners and Enterprise clients.
