Senior Creative Leader Opportunity

We have an exciting 11-month career-changing opportunity in a key leadership position.

As a Senior Creative Leader, you will be a proven design leader with a background ideally in fashion design. You will be instrumental in establishing and leading the seasonal direction, generating ideas to develop commercially successful ranges.

**About the Role**

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving creativity and innovation in trend directions
  • Researching global consumer trends through instore visits, creative forecast services, international magazines, website and market analysis
  • Establishing the direction that will define and mark each season
  • Leading, motivating and inspiring a small design team
  • Developing strong relationships and collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing teams along with external stakeholders

**Requirements for Success**

  • Demonstrated innovative and creative approach to design
  • Strong vision and sense of direction, along with strong influencing skills
  • Inspirational team leadership capability and solid experience in a senior design role driving design projects from concept through to execution
  • Tertiary qualifications in Fashion & Textile Design - garment construction, pattern making, and yarn knowledge
  • Proficiency in Adobe programs
