We're seeking an accomplished Creative Visionary to spearhead the development and execution of world-class campaigns for our streaming brand in Australia.

This role will report to the VP Marketing & Growth, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 8-10 years of experience in leading creative teams, with expertise in digital creative, social media, display, and rich media.

They should be skilled in conceptualizing and creating high-quality A/V content, as well as driving direction and alignment within large cross-functional teams.

The successful applicant will have concise and clear communication skills, a creative nature, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include overseeing content deliverable flow, briefing creative agencies, and providing notes & feedback throughout the creative review process.

Additionally, they will work closely with internal creative teams to find best practices and collaborate on developing innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Creative team for streaming in Australia
  • Generate creative vision for streaming brands, aligning with international guidelines and incorporating local sensibilities
  • Oversee content deliverable flow, brief creative agencies, and provide notes & feedback throughout the creative review process
  • Work with creative and post-production teams to localize, version, and deliver campaign creative for publicity, media, social, and partners as required
  • Supervise the production and conceptualization of all creative promotional and branding materials to support all media platforms
  • Collaborate with other internal creative teams within Paramount to find best practices

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role leading creative teams
  • Experience in digital creative, social media, display, and rich media
  • Strength in working with fast-moving cross-functional teams towards building seamless and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Concise and clear communication skills
  • A creative nature, always looking for new ways to delight and inspire audiences
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and create high-quality A/V content
  • Ability to drive direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
