Green Bean Inventory Assistant Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to oversee the inventory management of green beans in our roastery. This role requires ensuring all green beans are loaded into hoppers and stored in accordance with established procedures, maintaining food safety and quality standards.

  • Accurately label and manage Jacky bins, bulk bags, small bags, and pallets.
  • Load hoppers/Jacky bins with green beans following safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Supervise the consistent supply of green beans to the roastery, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Pick and store Jacky bins in the roastery to ensure continuous operations.
  • Complete deliveries efficiently and accurately using Sage software.
  • Ensure timely and accurate picking of orders.
  • Verify daily inbound green bean deliveries and record documentation (including regulatory requirements).
  • Communicate quality and safety issues effectively to stakeholders regarding product receipt.

About You:

We seek an individual who is passionate about quality and safety, with excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for precision. As a team player, you must be willing to contribute to the team's success. Knowledge of RF scanning and physical strength to regularly lift or move up to 20kg independently is required.
