Green Bean Inventory Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our green bean inventory management.

  • You will be responsible for loading green beans into hoppers and storing them according to documented processes, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

This role is based at our headquarters in Sydney, where we roast our beans daily. You will work from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Ensure all storage containers are correctly labelled and accounted for.
  • Load hoppers with green beans in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Guarantee continuous supply of green beans to the roastery.
  • Pick and store hoppers in the roastery to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Complete deliveries efficiently through Sage.
  • Ensure timely pick-up of orders and accurate recording of inbound green bean deliveries.
  • Efficiently communicate quality and safety issues to stakeholders regarding product receipt.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High attention to detail and precision in your work.
  • A team player who is willing to contribute to achieving team goals.
  • A passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about our roasting process.
  • Experience with RF scanning technology.
  • Valid Australian work rights.
  • Physical stamina for regular lifting or moving up to 20kg independently.
