Daily Bean Cafe is seeking a passionate and skilled Head Barista to join our store located in Oran Park Podium.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

- Coffee making, through consistently fine espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Customer service interaction and POS
- Opening and closing of store
- Managing day-to-day operations of the café
- Liaising with suppliers for ordering of stock and managing the rotation of stock
- Managing third party ordering platforms
- Co-ordinating with the Chefs in relation to catering orders, special events etc.
- Working in conjunction with Daily Bean Management Team to schedule rostering
- Maintain store programs & management folders
- Onboarding, training and mentoring of new staff members
- Co-ordinate store promotional activity
- Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
