Support Worker Opportunity


We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality in-home support services to valued clients. The successful candidate will work with a roster of repeat clients in their local area, providing care and support that is respectful, dignified, safe, and encourages independence in accordance with the individual's support plan.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
  • Offer social support and transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, and traveling to medical appointments
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Support customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
  • Monitor the well-being of customers and report on their progress

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support or equivalent
  • At least one year's experience in Community, Aged, Disability, or Health care
  • Current and clear Criminal Record Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Reliable, registered, and fully-insured vehicle
