Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead our team at ALH Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with experience in managing large teams and delivering results-driven initiatives. You will be passionate about good food, craft beers, and creating memorable moments for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and guest relations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality leadership experience, ideally in a food, bar, or gaming environment.
  • Strong operational skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Qualifications: RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager (we can assist you in obtaining your RMLV and Approved Manager license).
