This Nursing and Midwifery Graduate Program is designed to help early career nurses develop professionally in various clinical areas.

Key Job Responsibilities- Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Work within registered nurse/midwife scope of practice and follow evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive client outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through role modeling and leadership.
- Current registration as a registered nurse or registered midwife with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated understanding of client care coordination and its impact on clinical outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to contribute effectively in a team setting.
- Understanding of social and cultural challenges experienced by vulnerable groups and ability to support them.
- Knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement principles in healthcare settings.
