About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that retail stores meet the highest brand standards. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who's driven to succeed and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage retail standards across all sites in relation to merchandising standards, marketing, and customer service.
  • Complete quality and standard auditing and product compliance checks.
  • Monitor site compliance with various regulations regarding safe working practices, food safety, and occupational health and safety.
  • Perform and control the full audit cycle.
  • Provide active input into new sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments like fast food chains or retail.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention or retail auditing is a bonus.
  • FMCG experience will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships.
  • An ability to travel interstate or regional, including overnight stays.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and vehicle.
