Job Overview

A leading provider of medical gases and sleep services is seeking an experienced professional to join their team in Australia.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop tailored treatment plans for patients suffering from obstructive sleep apnea.

The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, offering guidance on CPAP equipment, and providing ongoing support to patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Initial point of contact for clients
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and titration studies
  • Offer guidance on CPAP equipment and setup requirements
  • Provide follow-up appointments and ongoing support
  • Educate patients and families about sleep disorders and treatment options
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
  • Promote and upsell product range and services
  • Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail, healthcare or sales environments
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Independent clinic management capability
  • Broad experience with customer service
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications
  • Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
  • Strong organisational and administrational skills
