VGW is a leading interactive entertainment company that leverages technology and creativity to deliver exceptional, free-to-play games. We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Legal Assistant to join our Legal team in Perth.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our legal team, driving operational efficiency, and managing legal processes and matters. As a mentor and guide, you will contribute to the growth of junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the legal team in a timely manner.
  • Preparing presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and research documents with precision.
  • Supporting team development initiatives and project administration.
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and conducting searches with attention to detail.
  • Managing confidential and sensitive documentation/information and ensuring accurate production, certification, and filing.
  • Assisting the Legal Operations Manager by mentoring and supporting the legal operations team in various projects.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A minimum of five years of administrative experience within a legal or professional services firm.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Experience using document management software and advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • A high degree of professional integrity, as confidentiality is critical.
  • In-house experience supporting senior management and executives will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with championing change management is highly valued.
