Job Description:

This role leads the design and delivery of electronic interest rate swap trading platforms. You will architect and implement scalable systems that support real-time pricing, negotiation, and trade execution across dealer-to-dealer and dealer-to-client markets.

You will work closely with trading desks, quant teams, and product owners to deliver innovative solutions that enhance market competitiveness and operational resilience.

As a principal engineer, you will help shape the future of our digital platform while focusing on designing, developing, and deploying technology solutions that enable us to build tomorrow's bank today.

Required Skills:
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems architecture
  • Experience with IRS market platforms such as Tradeweb and MarkitWire
  • Strong understanding of IRS instruments, pricing conventions, and swap templates
  • Familiarity with AWS services, Kafka/EventHub, DevSecOps/CI/CD technologies, and modern SRE technology
  • Experienced in using AI tools to assist engineering efforts
  • Knowledge of quant libraries and risk analytics integration
  • SSL standard for secure encrypted communications
