We are seeking an experienced Electronic Interest Rate Swaps Trading Platform Architect

This is a senior, hands-on role that demands deep expertise in distributed systems and financial market technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and scaling mission-critical components of our electronic interest rate swaps trading platform.

As the lead engineer on this project, you will have the opportunity to work with quants, traders, and technologists to develop innovative trading system solutions.

Key areas of focus will include RFQ workflows, pricing integration, trade execution logic, and dealer UIs. Your deep understanding of financial market technologies and ability to communicate complex ideas will be essential to this role.

You will also contribute to the design and implementation of the trading platform's architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

  • Proficiency in Java and/or other programming languages relevant to the financial industry.
  • Experience with distributed systems and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with financial market technologies, particularly in the fixed income domain.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and articulate complex ideas.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities. This requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
