Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight and contribute to the decision-making process
  • Monitor the company's financial position, ensuring effective risk management and compliance with laws and guidelines

Key Skills and Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in the provision of services to people living with complex needs such as disability, mental health conditions, and homelessness. In addition, lived experience of disability or board governance skills are highly regarded.

About Our Client

Access 2 Place is a registered community housing provider and NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation provider. They offer tailored homes for people with complex disabilities, ensuring tenants can choose their disability support providers independently of their landlord. Their homes are located across metropolitan Adelaide and regional centres, including Mt Gambier, Whyalla, Pt Pirie, Murray Bridge, and Kangaroo Island.

They specialise in homes for people with complex disabilities across all four NDIS housing categories: fully accessible, improved livability, high physical support, and robust construction.
