Job Title

Cyber Security Professional

Purpose:

Ignite a meaningful career in Cyber Security, driving business value and improving processes across the APAC region. Collaborate with businesses, not-for-profits, and governments to create trust in society and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing an established service team for managing client interactions, contract negotiations, security compliance, and building trust with business leaders.
  • Handling client questions, questionnaires, and audits along with SME review and negotiation of legal documentation such as master service agreements and statements of work.
  • Providing IT security management frameworks knowledge, especially ISO 27001, and how they are applied, maintained, and evidenced.
  • Oversight and management of reporting and accountability to customers and senior/executive level stakeholders for service levels and value.

Requirements:

As a Client Interactions and Contracts APAC Lead, your impact will be seen through leading and developing a high-performing team, handling client inquiries, negotiating contracts, and providing expert advice on IT security frameworks.
