
Community Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced nurse to join our team at the Coffs Harbour Health Campus.
This role involves providing safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and policies within Mid North Coast Local Health District.
The successful candidate will be responsible for practicing and promoting nursing care in a multidisciplinary team environment, providing outcome-based care to clients with complex needs.
The role requires excellent clinical problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to plan and coordinate patient care.
About You- You must hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Aus Work Rights Visa)
- Current Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Demonstrated nursing skills, knowledge and ability relevant to area within a community setting
- Demonstrated clinical problem solving skills to maximise patient care
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment providing outcome based care
- Understanding of management of clients with complex needs in the community setting
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence
