Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our community healthcare team in Coffs Harbour.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a community setting. This will involve:
- Providing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans for patients;
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care;
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting patient interactions;
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia;
- Demonstrated experience in a community healthcare setting, with a focus on respiratory care;
- Strong clinical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team;
- A valid NSW Driver's Licence;
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
