Operational Efficiency Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support us in the design and build of a CRM platform that aligns business objectives, processes, and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through workshops and interviews;
- Translate these into detailed user stories to support the implementation of the CRM platform;
- Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria, support User Acceptance Testing with business users, and manage issue tracking and resolution with vendors and internal teams;
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration and/or Information Systems, and at least 4 years' relevant industry experience as a Business Analyst supporting large-scale system implementation projects. They will possess excellent analytical skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for driving business outcomes.
