We are seeking an experienced leader to lead a high-performing team of health professionals in delivering exceptional occupational rehabilitation services.

About the Role

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, development, and operational success of a multidisciplinary team delivering return-to-work and injury management services.

  • Lead and mentor a team of approximately 4-5 consultants
  • Support the delivery of employee performance/KPIs and operational targets
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and manage 2-3 key customer accounts
  • Manage service delivery quality, workflows, and reporting standards
  • Support coaching, training, and professional development of the team
  • Manage a reduced caseload demonstrating a personal high standard on your own cases
  • Drive new service offerings and contribute to national projects
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day leadership and management of a team of health professionals
  • Development and implementation of operational strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Management of service delivery quality, workflows, and reporting standards
  • Recruitment, induction, and mentoring of team members
  • Coaching and training of team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Development and implementation of national projects to drive new service offerings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy/Psychology/Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiology/Rehabilitation Counselling or Osteopathy and current accreditation
  • Extensive experience (3+ years) in injury management/rehabilitation and/or clinical settings
  • A real passion for creating an outstanding customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership experience managing team members
  • High level organisational skills
