Key ResponsibilitiesThe Records Management team processes incoming correspondence and registers documents in our Electronic Document Records Management system.
We provide technical support to system users and ensure an efficient, effective, and reliable electronic document management service.
As a Records Management Officer, your key tasks will be:
- Undertaking daily records management tasks and processes.
- Preparing, scanning, registering, and disseminating internal and external records related to council business.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration or record keeping.
- Experience in operating an electronic document records management system (EDRMS).
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to initiate projects or tasks without supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations.
