Administration Assistant Community Facilities Position

Job Summary: We are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide administrative and office support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with financial services, including raising purchase orders and requisitions.
- Liaise with internal and external customers, escalating queries as needed.
- Ensure records are accurate and filed appropriately.
- Participate in ongoing training and self-development to achieve continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Competency in Microsoft programs.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise work effectively.
- Record keeping capabilities and attention to detail.
- Above and beyond approach to teamwork, customer service, and community support.
- Minimum of Queensland C class provisional drivers licence.
