Job Summary: We are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide administrative and office support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist with financial services, including raising purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers, escalating queries as needed.
  • Ensure records are accurate and filed appropriately.
  • Participate in ongoing training and self-development to achieve continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Competency in Microsoft programs.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritise work effectively.
  • Record keeping capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Above and beyond approach to teamwork, customer service, and community support.
  • Minimum of Queensland C class provisional drivers licence.
