Park Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Park Manager to lead our team of staff across multiple departments and maintain high standards of safety, service, and efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of casual and part-time staff.
  • Oversee daily operations of the trampoline park, climbing areas, and café.
  • Prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Manage café operations including stock control, food safety, and customer service.
  • Uphold and enforce Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes to maximise guest satisfaction and business performance.
  • Manage maintenance and cleaning of equipment throughout the park.
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
  • Assist with special events, birthday parties, and group bookings.

  • You have previous experience in a management role within hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or recreation industries.
  • You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • You have proven experience in rostering and workforce management.
  • You have hands-on experience running or supervising a café (including food safety and stock management).
  • You have solid knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) practices.
  • You excel in communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a strong customer service background with the ability to handle busy, customer-facing environments.
