About the Role

This leadership position is focused on overseeing business operations, ensuring efficient processes, and managing resources within an integrated workforce.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to allocate work, resources, and tasks, setting priorities and evaluating business outcomes.
  • Manage complex operational, administrative, and support activities, workflow, and resources, preparing plans with measurable milestones.
  • Foster effective relationships with team members, participate in teamwork, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively as a team member, interpret and comply with legislative, policy, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Design solutions to address issues affecting desired outcomes.

This role requires someone with experience in stakeholder engagement, planning, and management skills, along with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities focusing on performance and governance.

About Our Team

We operate as an acquisition and sustainment management unit under the Navy Aviation, Aircrew Training, and Commons Branch, part of Joint Aviation Systems Division, within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group inside the Department of Defence.
