Nurse Educator Position

Deliver exceptional patient care as a key member of a supportive team on the frontline.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career and develop your skills, working across multiple facilities within the district. You will be based in Broken Hill and will have the opportunity to travel to other locations to support Nursing Learning and Development.
- You will partner with the Nursing and Midwifery Education team to deliver strategic education initiatives.
- You will develop and implement clinical education programs to support professional development of nursing staff.
- You will provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care to our patients.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about teaching and education.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of three years' experience providing clinical teaching and education to clinicians using adult learning principles and facilitation skills. They will also be credentialed in Triage and as an Advanced Life Support Instructor, or be willing to obtain certification within 12 months.
Key Requirements• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or willingness to work towards certification)
• Minimum three years' experience in clinical teaching and education
• Credentialed in Triage and Advanced Life Support Instruction (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
