Clinical Nurse Specialist Education Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to nursing education in a rural setting.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be working across multiple facilities in the Far West district, providing clinical teaching and education to clinicians using adult learning principles and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement clinical education programs that support ongoing professional development of nursing and midwifery staff.
- To work collaboratively with the Nursing and Midwifery Education team to deliver on key strategic education initiatives.
- To provide patients with safe, compassionate, person-centred care.
Requirements:
- Current Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Current Certificate as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor (Certificate IV) or willingness to work towards certification within 12 months of commencement.
- Currently FLECC credentialed or willingness to attain within 24 months of commencement.
