About Our Role

We're seeking a travel enthusiast with exceptional guest service skills to join our team in Hobart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our campervans.
  • Process rentals and returns efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide information and recommendations to clients on routes, attractions, and activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
