We are seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our team and contribute to providing exceptional care services.
The successful candidate will be part of our Hotel Services team, working closely with the Head Chef to meet residents' daily needs.
About the Role
- Prepare, plate and serve food to residents in a safe and hygienic manner.
- Clean kitchen and dining room areas, including related equipment, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Maintain a hazard-free environment around dining areas, adhering to strict safety protocols.
This role requires strong physical abilities, including bending, squatting, lifting and moving items safely.
Key Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a kitchen setting, preferably in the aged care sector.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine care for residents during mealtimes.
- Hardworking and flexible, with good availability to cover shifts.
