We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality care in aged, disability, transitional and palliative care settings.

As a Care Professional, you will work with clients across various care settings, including aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home, and palliative care.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • AHPRA - Nurse Registration
  • Ability to provide EN services
  • A passion for empowering and caring for people
  • Willingness to take on personal/domestic care work between nursing shifts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of time management and organisational ability
  • At least 1 year of community nursing experience
