- Product Champion: Serve as a subject matter expert on Procore's product offerings, providing guidance and support to clients to ensure successful adoption and realization of business performance gains.
- Consultative Mindset: Leverage your consultative skills to help clients understand best practices around construction technology and solutions, and the many business benefits they can provide.
- Custom ROI Analysis: Develop and execute on account strategies for emerging accounts, working closely with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver positive outcomes for clients.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Provide industry and technology thought leadership, encompassing Procore's values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant years of experience.
- Experience: 1+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales experience, or 1+ years of Construction industry expertise.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procore's product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both in-person and through virtual meetings, and in writing.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize relevant and impactful intelligence from ambiguous data.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team environment and operate in a fast-paced, diverse, innovative environment.
